Grandpa and Grandma

My parents came for a visit. They left on Monday. We're still mourning them leaving. We had such a wonderful time with them here.
They did so much for us while they were here. We appreciate them so much!

Love this picture of Max leading the way.

Thanks for coming mom and dad! We love when you come to visit us! Miss you!

The Rice Box

You can use different things to make an indoor play box. You could use a cardboard box, I used a baby tub. I also filled it up with rice. You could also do rice cereal, or oatmeal. I think the regular rice that I used would work best.

Let the fun begin

I buried some of Max's little animals down in the rice. He was very excited to discover them. Here he is getting ready to ROAR like his lion.

Max had a great time discovering, scooping, filling, and dumping. :)

Food Coloring Paint

I used a piece of canvas paper for this project. I put vegetable oil in a little bowl and had Max brush the canvas paper with the vegetable oil.

You might want to give it a taste.

Then sprinkle drops of food coloring around the paper, which is now wet from the vegetable oil.

Then make a real mess of your hands, mouth, and body as you hand, brush, and try to eat the project.

Max's Master piece. :)

Max's favorite part was still the little bottles of food coloring. funny boy.

Comfy T-shirt

This is a very comfy T-shirt. There's a problem though. I love to wear it around the house but I don't like to be seen outside the house in it.
First, I don't even like Mountain Dew, It's disgusting. Second, It looks a little trashy with my big belly. I don't want to go around promoting pregnant women to do the Dew. ;) AND now that I see this picture, It's not the most flattering. It's more comfy then it looks in the picture.
Third, If you know Shaun, this could be considered lingerie. (hee hee)
The man cannot get over his love for Mountain Dew. Maybe, one day the Mountain will not be so hard for him to get over.

My BULGING belly (just Easton saying "hi") will have to be wrapped in this comfy t-shirt in house only.
